Introduction
Neyora is a civic safety platform designed to help citizens report incidents, request emergency assistance, and track complaints through a simple and accessible mobile experience.
The platform focuses on improving accessibility, transparency, and trust in public safety systems, especially for users with limited digital literacy and low-connectivity environments.
Challenge
Citizens often struggle to report crimes or emergencies due to complex digital processes, low connectivity, and limited digital literacy.
Most existing safety platforms also lack transparency, offering no clear way to track complaint progress or escalate unresolved cases, which reduces trust in the system.
Objective
Design a simple and transparent platform that enables users to report incidents easily, track complaint progress, and take action when responses are delayed.

Research Insights
Through reviewing existing safety apps and public complaint systems, I found that users needed:
A faster reporting flow
Better transparency after complaint submission
Multilingual accessibility
A simple way to escalate unresolved cases
A system that works in low-connectivity environments
