Introduction

Contexta AI is a SaaS research platform designed to help users discover relevant content, compare multiple viewpoints, and generate structured insights within a single workspace.

The platform reduces the need to switch between blogs, articles, and research tools by bringing everything into one clear and organized experience.

Challenge

Users often struggle to quickly find relevant information across large knowledge bases and are unsure whether AI tools provide enough value to justify using them.

Even when search results seem relevant, users still need to open multiple blogs and sources to verify accuracy, compare perspectives, and decide which information can be trusted.

AI research tools often overwhelm users with too much raw content and not enough structure, making the overall experience feel fragmented and time-consuming.

Objective

Design a unified research platform that helps users discover trustworthy information faster, compare multiple viewpoints, and make better decisions without switching between multiple tabs and tools.

Research Insights

Through analyzing existing research workflows and AI-based tools, I found that users needed:

• Faster access to relevant information

• A single workspace for organizing research

• Better trust in AI-generated outputs

• Easier comparison between different viewpoints

• A clearer way to identify conflicts and bias in information

AI tools are increasingly valuable when they automate research synthesis, detect patterns, and reduce manual effort, but users still need transparency and trust in how information is generated.
